At Trombone-Sound.com we sell mainly digital sheet music downloads (PDF, MP3, FLAC files). Because of the nature of digital products, most sales are final.
Digital Downloads (PDF, MP3, FLAC)
Non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
We make exceptions only for technical issues with the files (e.g. corrupted download or wrong version). In such cases we will replace the file free of charge.
Physical / Tangible Items (CDs, printed sheet music)
We offer a 30-day return policy on physical items only.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to request a refund or return
- Email us at trbn.sound@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Include your order number and reason for the request.
- For physical returns, ship the item back to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–10 business days after receipt (credited to the original payment method).
Important notes
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns on opened CDs or obviously used physical products.
- Gift purchases follow the same rules.
